ProMedica Health System Advanced Practice Provider for Adrian Family Medicine in Adrian, Michigan
ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our healthcare team in Adrian, MI. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional primary medical care services to our patients.
Practice consists of 1 Physician and 2 APPs Office hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Minimal practice call is included Conduct both in-office and virtual visits
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and medical records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality patient care. Educate patients about preventative care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management. Maintain accurate and up-to date patient records using electronic health records systems. Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and the best primary care. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including networking, councils, and boards.

Certificate of Authority to practice. Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.
Physician Assistant:
Master’s degree Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of MI. Certificate of Authority to practice.
Nurse Practitioner:
Master of Nursing (MSN) degree Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of MI.
