We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Field Technician to join our team, ensuring multiple commercial buildings stay in peak condition. What You'll Be Doing
Keeping the lights on – Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems across multiple locations.
Maintaining commercial HVAC systems – Inspect, clean, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
Keeping buildings functional – Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and costly repairs.
Fixing what’s broken – Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
Traveling between sites – Company vehicle and gas card provided—no wear and tear on your own car!
Working with vendors – Oversee contracted maintenance work to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Keeping safety first – Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper handling of hazardous materials.
What We Need From You
5+ years of experience in commercial facility maintenance.
Expertise in one trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or piping) while being well-versed in others.
EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal Certification preferred).
Proficiency with Word and Excel (Yes, we need you to keep track of things digitally too).
Strong troubleshooting skills – If you can diagnose and fix it, we want you!
Valid driver’s license – Because you’ll be hitting the road.
Bonus Points If You Have:
EPA 608 Universal Certification
Trade school training in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC
Experience working with Central Utility Plant Operations

Pay Details: $42.63 per hour
