ManpowerGroup CNC Machine Operator 2nd and 4th Shift in Alexandria, Minnesota

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Load and unload parts into Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines while ensuring finished parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.

  • Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to guarantee all parts meet specifications.

  • Operate CNC machines safely and responsibly, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

  • Assist with setup preparations and teardown processes, and provide machine shop support as needed.

  • Troubleshoot machine errors and part variances, suggesting improvements to enhance quality.

What's Needed?

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to recognize safety concerns and promote a safe work environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.

  • A highly motivated self-starter willing to engage in continuous training and education.
