ManpowerGroup CNC Machine Operator 2nd and 4th Shift in Alexandria, Minnesota
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Load and unload parts into Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines while ensuring finished parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to guarantee all parts meet specifications.
Operate CNC machines safely and responsibly, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.
Assist with setup preparations and teardown processes, and provide machine shop support as needed.
Troubleshoot machine errors and part variances, suggesting improvements to enhance quality.
What's Needed?
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to recognize safety concerns and promote a safe work environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic math skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
A highly motivated self-starter willing to engage in continuous training and education.
