Pro Staff, in partnership with a leading packaging automation company, is seeking a dedicated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in Alexandria, MN. If you're ready to grow your skills in fabrication and contribute to an innovative and supportive team, this is the role for you! Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM Pay: $19 - $25/hr As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you'll interpret blueprints and sketches to determine fabrication processes, using tools like press brakes, punches, and shears to create accurate parts. You'll maintain a clean work area, follow safety policies, report equipment maintenance needs, and ensure all work meets company standards. Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine fabrication needs Apply appropriate fabrication techniques for each project Fabricate accurate, high-quality parts Set up and operate press brakes, punches, and shears Maintain a clean work area following 5S standards Report equipment maintenance needs Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Desire to grow and take on new challenges Strong work history with reliability Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Team player with attention to detail and a can-do attitude Ability to perform accurate work and learn quickly Technical degree or 2 years of sheet metal fabrication experience (or equivalent) High school diploma or GED required Fabrication experience or internship/OJT preferred Employee Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, life and disability insurance, and earned wage access.
