What You'll Do:
Hand assembles products following customer job specifications
Monitor and verify production processes to guarantee product integrity.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good dexterity to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Previous experience in a quality assurance or assembler role is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.
