Job Title: DC Associate
Job Description
This candidate will be working in a distribution center with around 30 employees. Tasks will range from separating pallets, separating materials, wrapping pallets, Shipping & Receiving, and replenishment of inventory during downtime. Once they gain some product knowledge, they will have the opportunity to receive and pick orders on their own and learn to operate a forklift. When the time comes, qualified employees will receive onsite training and certification for forklift operation.
Responsibilities
Separate pallets and materials.
Wrap pallets and manage Shipping & Receiving.
Replenish inventory during downtime.
Receive and pick orders independently after gaining product knowledge.
Learn and operate a forklift with onsite training and certification.
Essential Skills
Experience with warehouse inventory management.
Proficiency in using RF scanners.
Ability to handle Shipping & Receiving tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided if necessary.
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. Larger items will not be lifted by hand.
Candidates with warehouse experience are preferred.

OneSource Distributors is a wholesale distributor of electrical products, automation controls, and industrial supplies. The work environment includes a distribution center with around 30 employees. You will be trained on the RF scanner whether you have prior experience or not.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Antioch, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
