Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
As a carpenter, you will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks, including rough carpentry for soffits, chases, window bucks, and finish carpentry. You will also handle miscellaneous interior trim work, punch-out tasks for apartment and commercial buildings, unloading and loading deliveries, touch-up painting, and general labor such as cleaning the interior and exterior of the building. Additional duties may be assigned by the Superintendent.
Responsibilities
Perform rough carpentry for soffits, chases, and window bucks
Conduct finish carpentry and miscellaneous interior trim work including base, case, and door hardware
Complete punch-out tasks for apartment and commercial buildings
Unload and load deliveries
Touch-up painting
Perform miscellaneous labor including cleaning the interior and exterior of the building
Follow additional duties as assigned by the Superintendent
Essential Skills
Proficiency in carpentry and construction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience in commercial construction
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of concrete and steel building

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $75.00/hr.
