LifePoint Health Maintenance Administrative Clerk in Athens, Tennessee
Administrative Clerk,Plant Ops/Maintenance Job Type:Full-time,DayShift
Performs a range of clerical duties related to the support of operations of the unit including updating and organizing information on the unit; coordinating work within the unit and with other units and departments; reporting relevant information to the supervisor and responding to inquiries.
Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following: * Facilitates communications among maintenance personnel, facility staff members, and contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information. * Performs all clerical/computer functions to plant operations. * Coordinates daily maintenance and contractor activities. * Replenishes unit with office and maintenance supplies and prepares requisitions tomaintaininventory levels. * Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs calls or takes messages. * Faxes and photocopies information as requested by staff. * Assists Plant Operations Director as needed. * Ensures cleanliness and organization of work area.
