The Retail Product & Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the product and solutions marketing efforts for the NCR Voyix Retail business. Translating our technology offers into meaningful value propositions, messaging architecture, positioning, content and assets focusing on outcomes helping our customer to growth their top line, manage operational efficiency and providing an unparalleled consumer experience. Requires understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Design key external product and feature messaging and positioning based on audiences, influencers, and decision makers. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. Ability to translate complex product facts into value propositions highlighting customer benefits and outcomes.

  • Help drive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement programs.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and videos.

  • Sales Support: Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell our products, including sales presentations, product demos, and competitive analysis.

  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development and marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the retail sector.

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
