Amazon Business (AB) is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Product Marketing Manager to support the early onboarding and spend engagement of small US business customers, owning the marketing execution. You will deliver engaging merchandising experiences that drive discoverability and adoption of AB value propositions to make business customers come back and chose AB for their procurement needs.
To be successful in this role, this individual will work with stakeholders across different charters to launch marketing campaigns and optimize execution through scale and continuous experimentation. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, and product marketing. This role requires skills in hands-on marketing execution, problem solving, relationship building, and new idea generation.
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in delivering results at scale and working cross-functionally across multiple teams. Key job responsibilities
• Own the go-to-market and marketing execution to increase spend engagement within US small businesses
• Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, onsite experiences, and promotional communication for B2B customers
• Apply key insights into business actions and push for new ways to achieve objectives at scale
• Define business metrics, mechanisms to measure success, and testing plan to optimize marketing execution
• Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
• Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and US Tech teams to deliver creative and engaging marketing solutions
• Manage multiple projects gracefully and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Seek ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and productivity

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
BA or equivalent and 4 + years marketing experience
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
