Amazon Business (AB) is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Product Marketing Manager to

deliver engaging and scalable onsite marketing experiences, to drive discoverability and adoption of AB programs, both for new and existing small business customers. In this role, the Product Marketing Manager will own the onsite marketing execution for the AB US store.

To be successful in this role, this individual will work with stakeholders across different charters to launch marketing campaigns, run processes and programs to ensure content quality, while optimizing execution through scale and continuous experimentation. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, and product marketing. This role requires skills in hands-on marketing execution, problem solving, relationship building, and new idea generation.

Key job responsibilities

• Own onsite marketing execution for the Amazon Business US store

• Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Tech teams to apply customer insights and deliver creative, engaging solutions that drive discoverability of AB value proposition

• Define business metrics, mechanisms to measure success, and testing plan to optimize marketing execution

• Develop and optimize a rapid experimentation plan

• Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, creative ideas

• Seek ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and productivity

• Test and refine new marketing approaches to reach and engage key audiences

• Manage multiple projects gracefully and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)

  • Experience in B2B, high-tech product/services or retail/e-Commerce

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA or equivalent and 4 + years marketing experience

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
