About the role

Are you ready to take your expertise in CFD market to the next level? We're seeking a Technical Product Management Manager to lead our international Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Platform product management team, within the Fluids and Thermal solution domain’s organization.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape Simcenter STAR-CCM+’s long term industry and application specific solution strategy and its place in the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio for platform related topics. You will be at the forefront of defining product roadmaps that create innovative technologies to enhance customer value and facilitate market adoption for user experience, design exploration, CAE interoperability, data analysis, deployment and HPC performance.

In this role, collaboration and leadership are central: through a close business partnering with key internal (marketing, business development, sales, and senior management) and external customers, you build and deploy an overall vision and long-term strategy for the platform of Simcenter STAR-CCM+. You ensure this strategy to be empowered by your team of product managers.

Your qualifications

MSc or PhD in engineering or relevant discipline with at least 10 years industrial experience either using simulation or working in a software environment.

Strong experience in Technical Product Management of a CFD software solution is key.

In-depth knowledge of CFD software solutions and market, insights on trends and competitors’ landscapes is important. Experience with/knowledge of Simcenter STAR CCM+ is highly beneficial.

Excellent communication skills and leadership are key: you collaborate, drive, and influence all your internal & external customers. On the other hand, you bring coaching skills to make the people reporting to you grow and achieve their objectives. Ideally, you provide a track-record of people management.

Critical-thinking abilities and strategic challenge orientation will go far toward contributing to your success.
