Job Title: Manual Machinist
Job Description
Candidates will leverage their knowledge of machining, using manual mills, lathes, grinders, and some welding to refurbish plastic injection mold dies.
Responsibilities
Operate manual mills, lathes, and grinders.
Perform welding tasks as needed to refurbish plastic injection mold dies.
Read and understand drawings and blueprints.
Perform set-ups and edits on machines.
Conduct G&M coding.
Execute changeovers and set-ups.
Essential Skills
1+ years of machine operating experience.
Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints.
Ability to perform own set-ups and edits at machines.
2+ years of experience operating mills or lathes.
Experience with set-ups and changeovers.
Proficiency in G&M coding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Job shop experience.
Experience working on blueprints and drawings.

Work Environment
This is a job shop environment with approximately 40 employees across all departments. The work setting is primarily climate-controlled but can get hot in the summer. The team is very supportive and emphasizes a strong sense of community.

This is a Permanent position based out of BATAVIA, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k.
Candidates will receive company benefits to review from the client as needed.

This is a fully onsite position in BATAVIA,OH.
