Job Description
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems during the manufacturing process. Ensure all refrigeration components (compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, etc.) are correctly installed and functioning. Perform system charge, leak detection, and pressure testing in compliance with EPA and industry regulations. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues before units are shipped to customers. Work with engineers to improve product design, efficiency, and manufacturability. Maintain detailed documentation of system performance tests, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Follow all company safety protocols and industry best practices for handling refrigerants and high-voltage systems. Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure units meet performance and reliability standards. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities

Work Environment
Hourly pay ranges from $25 - $35/hr DOE. The production schedule runs 50 hours per week, Monday - Friday (5:00 AM - 5:30 PM). Opportunities for 50-60 hours per week are available.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Looking to pay in the $25-$35 per hour range DOE. We are open to relocation assistance with a minimum 2 year contract. Our production schedule is currently running 50 hours per week.

This is a fully onsite position in Baton Rouge,LA.
