Job Overview The Sr Manager, Program Office oversees program management for multiple digital-first initiatives, ensuring consistency in delivery and alignment with organizational strategy. They lead a team of program managers to drive standardized processes, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Marketing, Digital Design, and operations to ensure seamless execution. This role identifies and resolves conflicts between programs, ensuring strategic goals are met while maintaining a consistent and high-quality user experience. The Senior Manager also champions innovation by integrating data, AI, and emerging technologies to automate and enhance program management processes. With strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, they drive impactful, high-quality outcomes for digital-first initiatives. This role is available at our Bellevue, WA, Frisco, TX and Overland Park, KS Headquarters. Hybrid work schedules of three days in office! Job Responsibilities: Program Planning & Execution: Leads a team accountable for the program management of all digital-first initiatives across Product, Technology, Marketing, Digital Design, Frontline Readiness and back-office teams. Influence & Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and delivery of strategic program objectives. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a team of program managers to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation within the team. Anticipate risks, analyze work across multiple teams to create the full program picture, and effectively communicate updates and risks to team members. Design and implement advanced processes, methodologies, and frameworks to support program management excellence including AI and emerging technologies to optimize program management activities. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Program Management, or related field Work Experience: 7-10 years 7-10 years of program management experience, with a consistent record of leading complex, cross-functional programs and projects. 3+ years in leadership role leading teams. (Required) 2-4 years Experience integrating AI or emerging technologies in program management. (Preferred) 4-7 years Demonstrated success leading deliveries thru a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment while providing detailed, accurate program summaries. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Program Management Expertise in running complex programs and cross-functional teams. Exceptional Attention To Detail with ability to focus on and handle program details meticulously. Risk Management Ability to anticipate risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. AI/Technology: Knowledge of AI applications, process automation, and emerging program tools. Ability to develop long-term strategies and align them with organizational goals. Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence. Data & AI: Experience or aptitude in data, AI-driven technologies to identify process opportunities. Data Analysis Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
