We are responsible for defining, championing, and landing our GTM strategy - in partnership with our Go-To-Market, Product, Operations, and Executive teams. The Sr. Program Manager, Office of the CRO opportunity Reporting to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CRO,, the Sr. Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting key projects and initiatives within the CRO org. This person will work across the Field and key cross-functional teams on initiatives that drive growth for Okta's GTM. What you'll be doing Manage and own projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful execution of project milestones, timelines, and deliverables Develop and manage project deliverables, including project charters, business cases, project plans, stakeholder maps, risk logs, measurement readouts, etc. Coordinate and lead project team meetings and steering committees, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, milestones, and commitments Guide cross-functional workstream teams to meet deadlines, deliverables, and strategic goals while adapting to shifting priorities Act as a voice of the Field Leadership team and extension of the CRO office in projects driven by cross-functional teams such as Global Business Operations, Business Technology, Marketing, Customer First, and the People team. Deliver concise, insightful updates on projects to Chief of Staff and broader team Champion continuous improvement through identifying gaps, challenging the status quo, and driving efficiencies Demonstrate strong leadership, partnership, and collaboration across the business while inspiring high-performance What you'll bring to the role & what we're looking for Minimum of 8+ years of experience managing business projects and change initiatives for high-growth Sales and/or Go-To-Market teams Prior experience successfully driving large scale sales transformations from end to end Ability to assess complex business challenges, identify solutions, and drive results Strong prioritization and time management skills to ensure projects stay on track Comfortable holding senior leaders and cross-functional project teams accountable while also influencing and building trust Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex topics in succinct, easy-to-understand / clear way Previous experience supporting a global GTM team Experience with SFDC, Tableau, Smartsheets, Asana, Google Workspace Willingness to travel if necessary Additional skills we value Past experience working in a Sales or customer facing role Consulting or complex program management background PMP or relevant program management certification Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington.
