In this position as a French – English Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) at Crunchyroll , you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries by E-Mail and chat.
With the following conditions:
Part-time / full-time | Concentrix Berlin – Andreasstraße 10, 12243 Berlin | Monday - Sunday from 9 am – 6pm | French and English | up to 2.600€ gross/month

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in our team you will:
You will receive requests via e-mail and chat.
You will support the customer with inquiries regarding their account, subscriptions, billing and all kinds of Crunchyroll products and services.
Provide assistance in the event of technical issues and malfunctions.
You will work with other departments to solve any issues that are raised.
You guarantee the clients standards with competent service and conscientious documentation.
Your qualifications

Have suitable professional experience in customer service .
Are proficient in English and French and have excellent writing skills.
Remain calm in demanding situations.
Are good at proactive communication .
Have good computer and technical skills.
Ideally you already have:
- Have knowledge in the Anime and Manga scene.
