Position Title: General Laborer
Pay: $27/HR
Shift: Monday- Friday 6/7AM-430/530PM
50-60 hour weeks in summer, 40 hours in winter
Locations: Burnsville, Ham Lake
Experience Required: landscape, construction, roofing, heavy equipment operator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and diligent General Laborer to join our team. Our company is renowned for its quiet competence, hard work, and innovation, primarily serving the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area. You will be engaged in various tasks including yard maintenance, machinery operation, and concrete testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general yard maintenance such as sweeping, directing trucks, stocking inventory, and conducting basic concrete tests.
• Conduct concrete tests in both field and plant settings.
• Follow directions from head and junior batchers for general yard duties.
• Dig materials and operate a jackhammer on concrete.
Essential Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience working outdoors in a construction environment.
• Experience with front-end loaders, skid steers, backhoes, or excavators.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Punctuality and a desire to grow with the company.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Good physical condition for manual labor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience in a batch plant setting.
• Ability to use a trowel and other concrete tools.

Work Environment:
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 am with 10-12 hour days, and some Saturdays during the summer. Winter work will still provide a full 40 hours. The job involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will start your day by ensuring supplies and materials are in the correct locations, receive task lists from the Batch Operator, and assist the team as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
