POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in personal injury case management and the ability to provide compassionate client care. This role requires managing a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement negotiations.
ROLE DESCRIPTION Independently manage a docket of 80+ cases, ensuring each case progresses efficiently. Coordinate medical treatment for clients, including scheduling appointments and maintaining consistent communication with healthcare providers. Obtain all necessary medical records and billing statements from healthcare facilities to support client cases. Draft comprehensive demand letters outlining case details, injuries, and treatment to present claims effectively. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries. Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate seamless communication and case progression.
QUALIFICATIONS Ability to obtain medical records and track treatment Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Experience in legal case management or related field Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate case records Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and medical providers. Experience in obtaining medical records and drafting demand letters is preferred. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position with hours from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
