We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team for our door-to-door sales initiatives. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing the Sales Associates in your assigned territory, ensuring performance goals are met and driving business growth through direct sales efforts.

The Role
Lead and manage the Sales Associates in the assigned territory
Assist Sales Associates with door-to-door prospecting in the field
Independently conduct door-to-door prospecting when a Sales Associate is unavailable
Recruit, interview and hire Sales Associates for existing and new clients
Participate in corrective action situations
Conduct field evaluations for Sales Associates
Conduct Sales Associate 1:1’s
Organize, lead and attend various daily/weekly team meetings
Travel to various locations +/- 75% annually
Develop team competency to include initial and on-going sales training
Manage team KPI’s and general overall performance
Maintain daily communication with all assigned Sales Associates
Coordinate work schedules and daily work hours
Various administrative duties as needed
Attend meetings as needed
Responsible for overall development of each Sales Associate
Maintain a high degree of individual and team accountability
Assist Sales department leadership with various assignments as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a field sales environment
Experience in door-to-door sales a plus
Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and travel extensively (up to 75% annually)
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
Proficient in computer skills and using Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to self-motivate and adapt to change quickly
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed
Valid driver’s license
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
