Nestle Brand & Commercial Development Intern - Nescafé & Starbucks in Brussels, Belgium

Position Summary:

Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels

When will you start? As from July 2025

How long will it last? 6 months

As an Intern in the Commercial Development Team, you will be in charge of the execution of the promotional and e-commerce plans for our coffee brands Nescafé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto and Starbucks.

Your Responsibilities:

E-Commerce plans:

  • Ensure that high-quality content, including images and product descriptions, is consistently available on all designated e-retailer websites, in collaboration with the e-commerce expert

  • Develop and implement content and visual materials for coffee activation plans, while coordinating with supply chain and customer contact points

  • Improve understanding of search functions on e-retailer websites

  • Evaluation of all e-commerce activities: Sales, Return, Opt-ins

Instore Promotional plan execution:

  • Creation of promotional material, development of visuals and discussions with suppliers

  • Follow up on stock and deliveries

  • Ensure alignment on promotional planning with sales colleagues

  • Planning and execution of animations and tasting instore

Instore shelf Presence:

  • Follow up of our products distribution with a specific focus on our innovation and product launches

  • Coordinate activities to correct / improve our presence instore

  • Support the creation of planograms (shelf recommendations) for key customers

What will make you successful?

  • You are Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English

  • You are currently enrolled/graduated in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

  • You are responsible, flexible & dynamic

  • You have knowledge in and/or affinity with e-commerce

  • You are eager to learn more and participate in the development of our brands instore

  • You are IT literate and proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • You ideally have some knowledge or are familiar with PowerBI and CRM
