Job Description
Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of desktops, laptops, peripherals, phone sets, cabling, software, printers, multi-function printers and all other end user technology products.
Education And Credentials
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate of Applied Science required if incumbent lacks
Experience
5 years experience providing technical support relevant to job duties. 6 months of experience providing technical support relevant to job duties required. 5 years of experience in providing technical support relevant to job duties. Required if incumbent lacks Associates degree.
