Job Title: Wiring Technician
Job Description
This position involves wiring up control panels. There are three levels of wiring technicians, each with varying degrees of expertise and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Wire Tech 1: Fundamental knowledge of electrical systems. Learning to read drawings/schematics but may need help getting the project started. Needs assistance with wire size, colors, etc., on drawings. Can correctly land 20+ wires an hour. Basic problem-solving skills and knowledge of electrical tools.
Wire Tech 2: Deeper understanding of electrical systems. Can catch minor issues with drawings and communicate these in a timely manner. Determines wire size, colors. Comprehends most drawing packages. Enhanced troubleshooting abilities. Good tool knowledge and project communication skills. Can correctly land 30+ wires an hour. Can make wire labels when needed.
Wire Tech 3: Great understanding of electrical systems, notices significant issues with engineering drawings, and communicates these issues timely. Determines wire size, colors, and assists lower-tier employees with these decisions. Comprehends all drawing packages. Enhanced troubleshooting abilities, possibly testing when necessary. Highest tool knowledge and can train other employees. Excellent project communication skills. Can correctly land 40+ wires an hour. Makes wire labels and corrects them if needed. Possesses leadership skills to lead a crew on a big project.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buford, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
