Colorado Autism Consultants Behavior Technician - Burlington in Burlington, Colorado
POSITION: Behavior Technician
DUTIES: As a Registered Behavior Technician, your primary responsibilities are to provide ABA therapy under direction of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to individuals with a wide range of developmental, social, and emotional diagnosis. That therapy is tailored to each individual, centered around their interests, and rooted in practices that ensure results.
REQUIREMENTS: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least one year * Must have a GED/HS diploma * Must have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills * Must clear a felony background check and previous employment verification * Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, twist, kneel, and engage in active physical play with children * Must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and MVR record. A reliable vehicle is a must for transporting clients. This is not a requirement for employment but may be applicable upon notice.
PREFERRED SKILLS: * An active RBT certification * Bilingual fluency * A degree in psychology, education, human services, or a related fields * Current enrollment in their BCBA coursework
WAGE: * $18-$21 RBTs who are not pursuing BCBA Coursework
- $20-$25 RBTs who are enrolled in or finished with BCBA Coursework (Consultants in Training)

SHIFTS: Full-time - 40 hours per week * Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm)
