About the role
角色职责:
维护现有合作的装企业务，开发新合作的装企
所负责区域渠道门店开发，完成开店提标
维护管理现有的零售渠道
协助门店谈单、经营提升、经销商销售团队培养
负责零售门店培训
角色 目的:
- 促进装企销售，提升门店销售技能
最低要求:
大专及以上学历
3年以上零售销售经验，暖通或建材行业相关销售经验优先
具备零售门店培训经验；
具备良好沟通交际能力及团队协作精神
