ManpowerGroup Sr. Testing Data Analytics Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client, a leader in the financial industry, is seeking a Sr. Data Analytics Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Data Analytics Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $65
What's the Job?
Use functional knowledge to assist in developing scenario-based testing scripts for end-to-end testing execution.
Support the generation of test plans and test data requests based on identified scenario-based test scripts.
Execute both manual and automated test scripts to validate the quality of products developed by Product Teams.
Perform analysis of test findings and trends using statistical analysis to identify potential trends or behaviors that may indicate a defect in the product development.
Present recommendations to the team to maximize operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.
What's Needed?
2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Experience in SQL is required.
Experience with Hadoop, MapR, Teradata, Mongo.
Experience with IceDQ or similar test automation capability.
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
