Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our distribution center team in Cheyenne, WY. This facility supports 71 stores and handles both incoming materials from vendors and outgoing shipments to retail locations. As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for various tasks in either the shipping or receiving departments, including loading and unloading trailers, hand stacking products onto pallets, and ensuring merchandise is handled without damage.
Responsibilities
Work in either shipping or receiving, loading and unloading trailers by hand.
Hand stack products onto pallets when they are not already palletized.
Load trailers by hand using the same hand stacking process.
Train on stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks if performance is promising.
Unload trailers, transport, select, stock, and load heavy/large merchandise onto trailers for shipment to retail stores.
Observe incoming and outgoing merchandise for manufacturers’ defects and damage.
Handle merchandise carefully to avoid damage during processing.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, including overhead lifting.
Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Stable work history and a positive attitude are essential.
Experience with loading, unloading, RF scanners, material handling, pallet jacks, shipping and receiving, forklifts, and general labor tasks are beneficial.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Punctuality and strong attendance record.
Shift/Pay: $19.64hr - Weekly Pay
Tuesday to Thursday, 5 PM to 5:30 AM , with two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid break, totaling 36 hours per week
Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6:30 PM , with one 30-minute paid break and one 30-minute unpaid break
There are opportunities for overtime after 30 days of employment, provided attendance is strong. Regular tours and evaluations take place every Wednesday and Friday for prospective candidates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.64 - $19.64/hr.
