UL, LLC Product Marketing Lead in Chicago, Illinois
Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to make an impact? UL Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to drive the marketing strategy and execution for our industry-leading product stewardship and compliance software solutions, WERCS Studio and ChemADVISOR®. This role will focus on engaging major chemical and manufacturing companies across high-growth industries that require advanced chemical data management and compliance solutions.
This role is hybrid based in Northbrook, IL | Chicago, IL | Austin, TX | Albany, NY | Princeton, NJ | Research Triangle Park, NC
Develop and Execute Product Marketing Strategy – Own the global marketing strategy for compliance and stewardship software solutions, aligning with business goals and market trends.
Drive Demand & Market Growth – Collaborate with sales, product managers, and business leaders to shape go-to-market strategies, strengthen competitive positioning, and generate demand.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams – Work across a matrix organization to build a strong pipeline, enhance customer acquisition, and improve retention.
Create Impactful Messaging – Craft compelling content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Optimize Marketing Investments – Plan and manage budgets, oversee campaign execution, and analyze results to ensure continuous improvement.
Leverage Market Insights – Conduct research to uncover new opportunities and refine targeting strategies..
6+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, compliance, or manufacturing industries.
Strong digital and traditional marketing experience, including campaign management and demand generation
Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
Understanding of critical digital and nondigital B2B channels

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $118,000 to $140,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
