Role Description
The Managed Care Operations Senior Analyst will immediately become an important contributor to the Oak Street Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship skills, be self-directed, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced startup environment, while bringing his/her experience and innovative ideas. Highly successful candidates will have existing familiarity with managed care systems/processes.
Responsibilities include:
Independently manage programs within Managed Care Operations, responsible for development and execution of projects across a variety of areas
Manage strategy and execution of OSH Preferred Network, including management of a project plan, analytics, and oversight of field-based activities
Develop deep understanding of OSH financial operations / workflows and their key intersection points with health plan processes
Analyze financial implications of existing and potential future health plan contracts, quantifying and communicating organizational risk to senior leadership
Support OSH relationships with health plans, including contracting, implementation and ongoing accountability management
Support delegated activities as required (e.g. identification of business requirements for system implementation, oversight of vendor driven activities)
Other duties as assigned based on background and areas of interest
What we're looking for
Required qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment
Ability to independently pursue and implement solutions to complex problems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Project management skills
Strong MS Excel skills
US work authorization

Preferred experience:
3-5+ years of experience in healthcare industry (preferably in managed care function e.g. Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, IPA)
Familiarity with HMO operations, experience with multiple health plan functional areas a plus

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
