Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will support the company’s financial planning and analysis efforts, providing valuable insights to aid in business decision-making and growth. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to assist with business decision-making.
Create and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor key financial performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with internal teams to provide financial insight and support across the organization.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Present financial insights to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred), financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
