Aerotek Production Supervisor in Collinsville, Oklahoma
Production Supervisor
Collinsville, OK
Submit detailed weekly production plans for assigned areas or departments.
Identify and reduce waste in all assigned areas using Lean Principles.
Ensure daily compliance with 5S standards, tool board compliance, and accurate data recording logs.
Conduct weekly 5S audits with a minimum target of 90.
Plan work to keep employees on task, ensuring they have necessary drawings and materials.
Develop and implement recovery plans when off schedule, reviewed and approved by the Manufacturing Manager.
Ensure employee safety and environmental awareness throughout the facility.
Maintain quality of work within the job scope in your departments.
Enforce company policy as outlined in the company handbook.
Maintain current and accurate performance metrics posted in your area(s).
Collaborate with fellow team members and other supervisors to meet or exceed customer expectations and foster a culture of professionalism and world-class manufacturing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
5 or more years of directly related heavy industrial or fabrication functions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Fitter/Welder Experience
Blueprints, Weld symbols knowledge
Lean Manufacturing
2nd Shift : Monday to Thursday (4:30pm - 3:30am)
Salary : $70 - $80k
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
