Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Our sterilization facility in Columbia City is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various machinery, including gear boxes, motors, electronic systems, conveyors, and electron accelerators, which are used to sterilize medical instruments for the dental industry. This role offers an opportunity to work in a brand-new facility with state-of-the-art equipment.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair gear boxes, motors, electronic systems, and conveyors.
Work on electron accelerators used for sterilizing medical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
Interpret and work with electrical schematics and blueprints.
Perform industrial maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience with controls.
Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.
Industrial maintenance experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Programming experience.
Electronics experience.
Experience with accelerators.

Work Environment
This is a 3rd shift position (11pm – 7:30am) with training provided on the 1st shift for about a month. The facility is brand new, and all necessary tools are provided to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Columbia City, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $78000.00/yr.
