Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hiring needs.
Work with the recruiting team to draft, improve, and launch tailored recruiting strategies.
Assist the hiring managers and candidates through the full hiring process from recruiting to on-boarding.
Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines.
Track and maintain opportunities and candidates within the Applicant Tracking System.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Proactively build relationships to develop a candidate pool for future opportunities within the company.
Coordinate interviews with division and section leads.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must be a US citizen
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Suites
Strong organizational skills
Attention to details is a must
Must be self-motivated and proactive
This is currently a hybrid position with varying in-office requirements.
