Honeywell Sr. Account Manager, Security Monitoring Automation Software in Costa Mesa, California
As a Sr. Account Manager, Security Software here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the security software market. With your extensive experience in account management and sales, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the company's growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of the Costa Mesa location on a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
Travel up to 60%

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is sales incentive eligible.
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
2+ years experience in software sales
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the security software industry
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
