Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Sr Data Analyst to lead our Master Data Management Data Projects. Your role will involve overseeing the management, analysis, and optimization of master data across various domains, including Customer, Event, Engagement, Facility, and Material. You will be accountable for ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business processes, with a specific focus on managing data in SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee platforms.

This position will support our Data Operations team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

  • Chicago, IL

  • McCook, IL

  • Atlanta, GA

  • Dallas, TX

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the analysis, cleansing, and standardization of master data across Customer, Event, Engagement, Facility, and Material domains to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.

  • Develop and execute data quality metrics, rules, and procedures to uphold clean and reliable master data in SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee systems.

  • Coordinate MDM workflows for data integration, migration, and validation within SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and comprehend data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Accountable for data mapping, profiling, and enrichment activities for each domain to enhance master data quality.

  • Resolve data discrepancies and issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with relevant teams.

  • Lead designing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices across defined domains.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor master data health, focusing on data accuracy and completeness across SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee.

  • Assist in MDM tool selection, implementation, and enhancements, emphasizing optimization of SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee usage.

  • Ensure adherence to data stewardship responsibilities, encompassing data ownership and governance within specified domains.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.

  • 6-8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, or Data Governance, with expertise in Customer, Event, Engagement, Facility, and Material domains.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee platforms for MDM implementation and data management.

  • Strong grasp of MDM principles, data governance, and best practices for managing master data across diverse domains.

  • Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and enrichment techniques within SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee systems.

  • Familiarity with MDM concepts like data stewardship, data quality metrics, and data governance.

  • Solid experience in data integration, migration, and validation processes within MDM platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot data issues.

  • Proficiency with tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools for generating reports and dashboards.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience in data governance, data stewardship, and MDM best practices across SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee.

  • Certification in MDM or Data Management (e.g., DAMA, CDMP, etc.).

  • Familiarity with data modeling, metadata management, and ETL processes.

  • Experience with large-scale data migration or integration projects involving SAP, Salesforce, or Profisee platforms

  • Salary range of $95,500- $117,000 based upon experience

  • Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 7.5% of the base salary
