TEKsystems Customer Service Representative- Manufacturing in Dayton, Minnesota

Description

Answer 50-80 calls per day from customers inquiring about company products, shipping/order status, product questions, etc. Communicate with customers via email, and internal company portal Accurately document all customer interactions via CRM system Review and process customer inquiries and customer returns Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies) Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessary

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
