Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Delray Beach, Florida. As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, your main focus will be to assist customers by processing their applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring a detail oriented and pleasant tone.
• Maintain and manage customer records meticulously.
• Process customer applications with precision and speed.
• Take appropriate action for each customer account based on monitoring results.
• Effectively communicate with all levels of customer management, dealerships, DMVs, and vehicle purchasers.
• Use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for managing customer data and communication.
• Schedule follow-ups for accounts and initiate necessary actions for resolution.
• Handle received documents, both electronic and shipped, with care and accuracy.
• Display a cooperative attitude and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Use electronic communication methods such as email or fax to initiate contact with customers.
Requirements • Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with further education or certifications in Customer Service or related field being a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes.
• Must be a team player, with the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers at all times.
