We are looking for a Global Executive Compensation & Equity Program Lead who will:

Reporting to the Director Global Compensation, the Global Executive Comp & Equity Lead is responsible for managing CSG's executive compensation, equity plans and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), ensuring timely and accurate records, SOX and SEC Compliance, and proxy filings. This role drives employee understanding of equity awards program, program values, and policies and is also responsible for integration of executive compensation and other equity plans resulting from M&A activities. This position is part of our global compensation team and has one direct report. It is a M3-Senior Manager position in CSG's talent construct.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

5+ years leading equity plan administration and executive compensation in a publicly traded U.S. based company with global reach.

BS/BA, CEP or equivalent degree/experience; legal, compensation, HR, and/or accounting background a plus. (Additional years of direct work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.)

Experience with executive compensation, equity, and LTI plan strategy and design.

Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards (RSU, RSA, PSU); programs & custom plans; and governing stock plan compliance, documents, and filings.

Deep expert in policies and compliance related to executive pay and equity plans in publicly-traded organizations.

Experience in data compilation and preparing annual proxy statement tables and documentation.

Experience with creating and managing complex long-term incentive and compensation programs.

People management experience is required.

Experience managing and administering equity in Workday HCM and advanced compensation.

Preferred

Experience in complex organizations with matrixed leadership roles.

Experience in the high tech and/or SAAS industries.

Eastern or central US time zones.

Working knowledge of equity management systems (e.g. Computershare, Fidelity)

Financial reporting experience
