Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Instructor/Trainer in the detail-oriented Services industry. The role is based in a city in Iowa, United States. The Instructor/Trainer will play a crucial role in providing training on the Point Click Care software, assisting with its implementation across various communities, and acting as a primary point of contact for any related queries.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions on PointClickCare to clinical staff, including onboarding, refresher courses, and the introduction of new features.

• Assisting in the deployment of PointClickCare in new communities or when introducing new modules.

• Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of customer credit applications.

• Keeping accurate and current customer credit records.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Proficiently using various computer programs, including Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex Meetings, Dojo, and About Time.

• Using CRM to manage customer relationships and maintain service quality.

• Demonstrating strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience as a detail-oriented Instructor/Trainer within the Services industry

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Cisco Webex Meetings for creating and delivering digital training materials

• Solid knowledge of various computer programs to support daily tasks and training activities

• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and interactions

• Experience with Dojo as a tool for continuous integration and testing in software development

• Proficiency in 'About Time' for effective time and attendance management

• Understanding of basic accounting functions for handling financial aspects of training programs

• Ability to maintain accurate attendance records and monitor participant engagement

• Excellent communication skills for delivering clear and concise training instructions
