Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications by providing expert technical and business knowledge.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex business problems in multifunctional projects.
Assess the impact of technological changes and communicate their effects on business operations.
Apply advanced knowledge of technical concepts to design, implement, and deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Design integration solutions across cloud-native and microservice architectures, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
Lead or participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to build consensus on project or technical solutions.
Recommend and implement best practices, refined processes, and new methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure timely product delivery through proper coordination and execution of advanced systems development and integration tasks.
Requirements
Required Skills & Expertise:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java, Cloud Architecture, and Microservice Architecture.
Expertise in databases (both SQL and NoSQL systems such as DB2).
Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Integration, and Design Patterns (e.g., Batch, Event Driven, Real-time Streaming).
Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka, UNIX, and scripting languages.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
Ability to research, process technical information quickly, and adapt findings to answer inquiries or provide solutions.
Capable of solving complex technical problems with innovative, efficient solutions.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Demonstrated leadership ability, including influencing and consensus-building across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience coordinating with multiple teams to identify and implement integrated technological solutions.
