What you´ll do

  • Oversee production activities and employee policy compliance to ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded.

  • Complete and store documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Procedures, auditing standards, and Human Resources requirements.

  • Provide and implement feedback and continuous improvement ideas involving plant safety, quality and production.

  • Utilize effective communication skills to ensure team members meet all safety, quality, and production standards. Urgently follow-up with disciplinary action and/or incentive programs as appropriate.

  • Lead Production Meeting for department supervisors, effectively determining and communicating priorities for the next 12-hour shift.

  • Utilize SAP to update production schedule and investigate inventory discrepancies.

  • Advocate and support employee morale by enthusiastically participating in plant activities, meetings, and trainings.

What makes you a good fit

  • Associates degree and/or equivalent in manufacturing experience.

  • 5 plus years of experience in manufacturing, preferred batch making experience.

  • Highly engaged leader of people, 3 plus years of leadership experience preferred

  • Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn and work with varying computer programs such LOGOS, SAP, LMS and Microsoft Teams.

  • Strong commitment to safety systems and OSHA required standards.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
