Your day as a Part Time Administrative Assistant
As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing exceptional support to both customers and employees. Your primary role will be to assist with inquiries via email, fax, telephone, and in-person interactions, ensuring that business needs are met with professionalism and precision. You'll utilize your good reasoning and judgment while operating various office machines, from computers and printers to multi-line telephones and coin counters.
You'll also take charge of data entry for inventory control, account updates, and record maintenance, generating invoices and reports with ease. Your keen attention to detail will also shine as you manage office operations, order supplies, and organize both digital and hard copy files. Additionally, you'll be responsible for counting money, reconciling route collections, and preparing bank deposits, making you an invaluable part of our team!
