Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Front Office Coordinator for a company located in Florence, South Carolina.
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for directing the flow of incoming/outgoing patients and paperwork, and to ensure every person of a quality, efficient and positive experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Check patients in for their provider appointments.
Assist patients with the completion of their intake forms and any questions they may have.
Professionally and efficiently answers phone calls and provides information regarding our audiology providers and services.
Answers, responds, and documents phone calls, requests, and questions from patients in a timely manner.
Schedules, problem solves, and coordinates appointments.
Collects, processes and records information regarding patients' authorizations and referrals.
Qualifications:
Professional, friendly, outgoing, and flexible.
Able to mulit-task and move effortlessly from one project to another.
Can complete assigned duties and projects in a timely manner.
Can prioritize schedule management and office duties.
Can work independently and as a team member.
Proficient in Excel.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Two to Five years of experience working in the healthcare field preferred.
Pay will be based on Experience $15.00-$18.00
Temporary Position but may turn into permanent!

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
