ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager at our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for working with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement product solutions. Create product release plans that ensure our teams develop solutions using ADP's cloud-based AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, talent, or benefits solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to deliver products to market, including supporting organization readiness and product launch activities. Work with the UX teams on client experience journeys to deliver new features, product enhancements, and create new services. Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive priorities to create product roadmaps. Stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' needs, and bring new ideas into the innovation process.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Management, Marketing, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience. One (1) year of experience must include: Analyzing complex data sets, including customer performance and application performance data, using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Google Analytics; Conducting fact-gathering interviews with internal and external stakeholders; Analyzing survey data; Identifying themes from across interviews of multiple stakeholders; Analyzing markets, including market size, customer preferences/needs, available channels, and pricing information, leveraging marketing theories and frameworks; Analyzing business situations, assessing competitors, identifying relative areas of strength and weakness, and creating business recommendations; Utilizing collaboration skills and technical acumen to align on strategy vision to achieve business goals; Leveraging in-depth research to analyze and understand user behavior to drive future product strategy; Utilizing data analysis to drive prioritization.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: To apply for this position, please respond to requisition 261879 at http://jobs.adp.com.
