  • Attend customer meetings and represent Honeywell’s commitment to excellence.

  • Participate in technical expert teams and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance service capabilities.

  • Occasionally support off-hours, weekends, and holidays in alignment with customer needs.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of experience troubleshooting avionics, electrical and mechanical systems on business, commercial, or military aircraft.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical support.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

WE VALUE

  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or equivalent.

  • Strong background in Business General Aviation (BGA) and technical expertise in avionics and mechanical systems.

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with aircraft components and systems.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
