TekSynap Technical Account Manager in Fort Belvoir, Virginia
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
In support of the agency, have overall responsibility for user access management for NIPR/SIPR enclaves to include.
Review and accreditation of proposed access rights
Organization alignment and permission management for authorized user
Principal liaison with Personnel Security and Mission IT Systems Administration staff for overall access right management
For TekSynap HQ Service Desk Staff, serve as alternate Time and Expense manager and assist in development and execution of annual appraisals and performance management
Responsibility for the management Client Survey and Remedy Queue processes and associated government and team briefings
Remote access configuration and support for DTRA users and external customers as required (supporting telework, off-site travel, and mission or contingency operations)
Provide tracking for all deployed IT assets from procurement to disposal to allow real-time accounting of IT assets to both government and contractor personnel
Provide end-user software and application support
Provide technical assistance and customer support in the operations and maintenance of wireless voice and data services.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
The Technical Account Manager will gather feedback directly from the service desk customer regarding their level of satisfaction with the service provided. Survey responses will be voluntary for customers. The survey content will be reviewed and utilized in performance reviews.
Performance measures for this position focus on efficiency, effectiveness, responsiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Develops solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope following detailed instructions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
DOD 8570 IAT II (CompTIA Security+ certification)
4+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft products

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support the DTRA ITSS II contract at Fort Belvoir, VA.
The DTRA IT Infrastructure supports approximately 5200 users using distributed operations between the National Capital Region (NCR) and DTRA Albuquerque, NM and supporting facilities on Fort Belvoir, VA, as well as sites in Albuquerque, NM, Eglin AFB, FL, and a variety of CONUS and OCONUS locations. In support of the DTRA IT Help Desk Group, the candidate will provide support to Executive customers. Support will be provided on multiple computer networks at various levels of security classification.
