Siemens Energy in Tampa is looking for a Project Manager with a strong Lean and Digitalization background to join our Blades and Vanes Division. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing a project to increase the sites competitiveness and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, financial analysis, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop, manage, and evaluate project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success, including financial analysis for viability and break-even assessments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while monitoring the progress, identifying risks, and executing mitigation strategies.
Engage in effective communication by preparing and presenting project status reports to senior management and facilitating meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Drive continuous improvement by mentoring teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization, waste reduction, and operational performance advancements.
Champion operational excellence and change management by applying Lean principles and effective change tools to foster innovation and align organizational goals with Lean transformation efforts.
What You Bring
Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing within the Power Generation sector, demonstrating strong project leadership. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
Must have deep knowledge of project management, lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, TPM), and Six Sigma techniques for statistical analysis and process improvement.
Should possess strong analytical abilities, with a firm grasp of financial metrics and break-even analysis, alongside an interest and initial experience with IoT tools (e.g., AWS, Grafana) and programming languages (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power-BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and influence across all levels of the organization.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record in managing complex projects are crucial.
This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
