All Gods Children Ministries Inc Executive Director in Girard, Pennsylvania
The Executive Director (ED) is accountable to and directly reports to the President and Board of Directors (the Board) of All God's Children Ministries (AGCM)
The ED will behave ethically, exemplifying values, pursuing the vision, and living out the mission in day-to-day life. The ED will comply with all local, state, and federal laws. The ED will have or obtain Pennsylvania Acts 33/34 clearances and fingerprinting.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Hiring, supervision and dismissing of all future and current employees and volunteers of All Gods Children Ministries, in accordance with the President and Board. Ensures completion of all Pa Act 33/34 clearances and FBI fingerprinting of self, employees and volunteers.
• Coordination of all fundraising initiatives to include Erie Gives, Crawford Gives, Grant application, presentations to business organizations, coordination with partner organizations, fundraising events and public appeal letters
• Facilitate and design programs to further AGCM's mission
• Promotes the work of AGCM Ramps of Hope Program with full understanding of the program and its administration
• Ensures all social media platforms are maintained and current.
The ED will report to the AGCM Board monthly, including financial status, programming, ramp statistics, staffing information and grant proposals (as well as any other information requested by the Board).
AGCM and the ED agree to an annual compensation in a range between $38,000-$43,000 paid monthly as a ¾ time salaried position. An average work week of 30 hours is expected however, this is flexible. The ED will receive 120 hours of paid time off annually, with notice given to the Board President. Paid holidays include Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
The ED will maintain their own health insurance, with no compensation from the board.
The ED will possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Mileage will be paid at the Federal Mileage Reimbursement Rate and under the conditions set by the Board.
