Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Mobility Manager, the Direct Operations Services Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and management of the City of Greeley's direct mobility services, including fixed-route, express, commuter, and microtransit operations. This role ensures efficient service delivery, optimizes resource utilization, enhances customer service, and upholds compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position also provides strategic and operational support to the Mobility Manager and performs related duties as needed.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills: Minimum Requirements -Specialized or technical training beyond high school. -Minimum five (5) years of experience in transit operations, parking management, contract administration, or customer service supervision. -Three (3) years' experience supervising individuals and teams. -Must be able to hold a current DOT Medical Card -Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement (CDL-P2) or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire -Strong knowledge of municipal transit regulations, parking policies, and contract compliance. -Possession of a valid driver's license. OR Any combination of related education, experience, certifications and licenses that will result in a candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job,
Preferred: -Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Transportation, or a related field. -5 years' experience supervising individuals and teams. -Bilingual in Spanish and English?
