Carrington Property Maintenance Technician, in Greenwich, Connecticut

The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing and maintaining executive and company owned properties and vehicles, while also managing any contracted projects pertaining to the aforementioned. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $90,000-$105,000 + Annual Bonus.
What you'll do:
Maintain company and executive owned properties by providing general maintenance (i.e., snow removal, change air filters, wash vehicles and property as needed, etc.).
Personally supervise any vendors on property. Vendors are not allowed on property unsupervised.
Performs reconditioning services on company and executive owned vehicles as needed.
Manage properties owned or leased by the company and executives as requested.
May provide driving services to an executive as needed.
Communicate with key stakeholders to streamline projects and prevent delays.
Oversee contractors and work resources on property to support maintenance of the property.
May also be asked to attend company events and assist as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
Three plus (3+) years’ experience in property maintenance.
Three plus (3+) years’ experience in project management
Travel up to 50%, work evenings and weekends, as needed to perform safety system updates.
Ability to remain on property for a 10 consecutive day on-call rotation.
Ability to interact and be comfortable around large dogs.
Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
Extreme attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
A team player with basic interpersonal skills possesses a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly
